Magnitude 4 quake hits Zambales

A magnitude 4 earthquake struck Zambales province. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said that the quake was recorded at 12:57 a.m. with its epicenter traced at 163 kilometers of Iba Town. The quake which was tectonic in origin had a depth of one kilometer. It was not determined on what intensity and where the quake was felt. The Phivolcs said that no damage and casualty was recorded and no aftershock was expected in the quake.
